More than just fishing #2- Kaizen Fishing

We strive to challenge the status quo. I am always learning from 2 or 3 other successful mentor's mistakes when I am learning new skills. I also read, watch documentaries and view other people who know how to do the things I want to learn from afar. From the moment I was introduced to the concept of Kaizen (continuous improvement), it resonated with me and my core values. This video shows why, how, and what Kaizen is and how it can be applied to more than just fishing.
